Yes, I have two white peachicks with bald birth marks.
One of those is from Everest's mother, Malpo, and an
unrelated peacock so the problem did not seem to be
inbreeding. but the very next day the other one, from
Everest and his half sister, D'white Peahen, hatched with
simular spot. Malpo is a favorite peahen and that was the
first and only peachick like that from her. More frequently
her peachicks are malpositioned just like Malpo and her
mother were. But both of the peachicks with the bald spots
were normal position peachicks. Those two are now several
weeks old and growing crests because the bald spots are not
over the crest area.
