You did not tell us where you and your peacocks live. Here
in Georgia USA my peacocks are in several stages of molt
and at least two are in full plumage. My three year old
white peacock molted very early while his three peahens
were still laying (and are still laying, too) while this
peacock's four year old white spalding brother is just
beginning molt now.
I have a green spalding who sometimes fails to lose all his
longer train feathers. He seems to be in good health.
