I place the eggs directly in the incubators as soon as they are laid which means I have a real scattered and spread out hatch which is ok with me ! I have two brinsea 40 model incubators that I set at 37.6c (will have to check to be sure about the temp)and they have four wells to place water in , I only fill two wells during incubation and all four for hatching ! thats all I do and I have had extremely great hatches, Brian
