Subject: Greeting & Memories

Well I finally got the password. Waited until after Christmas to inquire. Hope everyone had a Happy and Joyous
Christmas. I finally got my White Christmas after all these years. 8 to 10 inches of light and fluffy snow. Now I am too old to enjoy it. Had to got out and clean from around the vehicles and let the plow take care of the driveway. So Bette and I had our Christmas dinner with friends yesterday. The Greeters met 265 Troop flights this year, the last one will be on Friday and they are coming home. On Memories, Bette has been playing CD's in the car and has played to one Monk made for the Valdosta Reunion. Brings back good memories, the first time we met Don Hamilton and the Atlanta Airport and have enjoyed his friendship since. However there are some weird songs on that CD. Many I have never heard of. Do not who was all involved in recommending the songs to Monk. I am sure we all miss him as with all of our lost Brothers. Happy New Year to everone and stay safe. Bud Owens, Binh-Thuy, 66/67.
