Thanks for sharing this info Hector. I have sent a write-up on this subject to be published in the next Guardmount and to be sent via a mass-emailing in an attempt to get this info out to as many members as possible, as quickly as possible.

Even if you've been working with a Service Officer who tells you to go ahead and convert to this 'new' program, DON'T. There's not enough information on how the VA will process your appeal yet.
