I surely can see where this could easily be reflected as such. The Security Forces is the basic ground fighting unit of the Air Force as the Marines are the ground fighting force of the Navy. Only difference is the Security Force has to protect the bases, personnel, and assets of the Air Force and do not normally venture out except for escorts and such.
