Hi Jackie, It is always nice to hear from others who served at George AFB. You were at George just a little ahead of me. I got there in DEC 66 and left in APR 69. I really enjoyed my time there and I may have stayed in the AF if I had made it back there after Vietnam. It was good duty at George AFB. The one really dark spot in SP history at George occurred just days after I left when my Flight Chief, TSgt Isiah Roberts was shot and killed while handling a Domestic Violence call. Thirty years later in 1999 I had the honor of getting his name added to the National Law Enforcement Memorial in Washington DC.
