Hopefully Hurricane Matthew is not causing too many problems for those attending the VSPA Reunion. While it is obviously cold, wet and windy today in Florida, we have almost the exact opposite here in southern California. It is going to be hot and DRY here. Although not to the same magnitude as the hurricane winds, we are expecting significant winds here too, which just add to the hot and dry forecast. Our unprecedented long-term drought continues.
