Subject: Ubon handler passed away

Herman 'Andy' Latham passed away today in Walnut Ridge Ar .Andy was part of the first twenty handlers and dogs that brought there dogs to start the first K-9 section at Ubon.Andy was originally from Peach Orchard Ar and served at Little Rock AFB before his tour at Ubon.Andy was a good man is the sixth handler out of the first twenty to leave us. I was fortunate to visit with him at the Shreveport VSPA reunion three years ago.Rest in Peace Andy I am sure you are enjoying your reunion with Klu and Mushy at the Rainbow Bridge.You will be missed.
