Here is what I would suggest to do regarding to VA Help for VSPA Vet.
I would check with him to see what county he is located in Alabama. The state of Alabama Va has service officers located in every county. See list at this web address:
http://www.va.state.al.us/vso.htm Once county is id I would either contact by email or phone to see if one of the officer would physicaly pay VSPA a visit to assist. Worth a shot!
