The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund is a legitimate organization, founded by Jan Scruggs. Because of Jan's efforts, The Vietnam Veteran's Memorial (The Wall) became a reality. He is tireless in his efforts to see that all Vietnam Vets are recognized for their service. The page you reference is legitimate.
