To those interested and if you can get through the Vietnamese...you will see that the QC Association has opened up an invitation to all Security Police who served to attend their National Convention on September 6th. They have in english at various locations, words honoring our effrotrs with them. Members of the VSPA, no, us as members of their association no..but comrades in arms..YES
