Just remember the younger we keep thinking we are it sometimes helps. getting up and about does keep the bones moving and I agree with the others fresh air is great for you. Eveniit rains get outside and enjoy it. If it snows well thats another thing. i do not like the white stuff had to many years of it when I lived up North at least here in Virginia we do not get that much and it melts.
Likewise I have been through Oregon on Amtrak when the wife and I took almost 3 weeks to travel by train across country and back from the East Coast.
Your state is a beutiful one your lucky to be able to live there.
Our prayers are with you as well as all the VSPA members and all VETS nationwide and with those no longer with us.
