Thanks for the memories!!!! Although I was not at Da Nang, I had many many very dark nights along the South China Sea at Cam Ranh Bay and saw hundreds of flares hanging in the sky.

When the moon was out, it looked just like your China Beach. The perspective even changes as I look at your beach from different angles. At first, the bunker was obscured. Leaning forward and getting closer to the screen, the flare did its job. Thanks very much.
