If you are still able, first go to

https://www.teamviewer.com/en/

and download/install TeamViewer. After installing open Teamviewer then phone me. Tell me the ID and Password and I will be able to see and operate your computer. Any day of the week at about 10:00 AM Pacific, Tuesdays excepted, I am usually available to assist you or anyone from our group. And as I have said before there is no charge and no time limit.

As a reminder Windows 10 is available as a free upgrade only until 29 July. It is pretty easy to do. Be sure to have backups of all your important files with at least one copy saved outside your house.
