Subject: New Weekly graphic posted: China Beach

Gents,

One more eye surgery on Sept 19th, and then I won't even need glasses :). I don't need reading glasses anymore, so that counts as an improvement. Although not yet perfect vision, I am beginning to squint my way through posting Weekly Graphics (no guarantees just yet), and have just posted the first new graphic on the homepage since July 2015, called the "Milky Waves". Although most nights at Da Nang's China Beach were humid and often hazy, occasionally there were moonless nights where the heavens sparkled. My research confirmed the Milky Way was known to peek above the horizon. I never actually saw that, but can imagine it over Da Nang's China Beach with a spellbound SP in a beach bunker taking it all in. I hope you like it: http://www.vspa.com/
