Subject: URGENT REUNION REMINDER – OCTOBER 5 – 9 MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida

Hello to all.

We are at the critical point regarding reunion registrations. A comparison of the room registrations at the hotel vs. the registrations sent to the Reunion BRAT indicates that many of the reunion reservations have not been sent to the BRAT. While the deadline is September 5, she will always accept late registrations. However, we need for as many registrations as possible to be sent ASAP so that the Reunion BRAT can begin the final coordination and planning with the hotel and bus company. She MUST order and pay for all meals, the Hospitality Room, meeting rooms and the Banquet Room IN ADVANCE and she must have the cash on hand to write those checks.

Payday is here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send your registration and checks now so that the meals (beef, chicken or vegetarian) can be ordered and the hotel can be paid and the staff scheduled to work for us. We also need to confirm bus schedules and order meals for our lunch with the troops on Friday. All of these advance requirements are contractual issues that must be handled in a timely manner. Thank you for your urgent attention to this reminder.

The men and women of the 6th Security Forces Squadron are excited to have us as their guests. As Defenders and those who have followed in our footsteps, they have been working very hard to make our reunion an outstanding event.
