Everything is working normally on the VSPA site, so the problem must be on your end. If you are still experiencing problems, please e-mail me at garyandjj@hotmail.com, giving me a description of your Operating System (Windows 7, 10, etc) and web browser (Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, etc) and I will try to help you fix this problem.
