Subject: Any VSPA Member in the Eugene Oregon Area ?

My VSPA Brothers ,
We have a Viet Nam Vet (Marine)who is need of some support. A Few years ago this Brother was having brain surgery @ the VA in Portland . I made a posting at that time and Phil Carroll and one or two other VSPA members spent time visiting with David and being there for him . His name is David Nishira,100% service connected Marine .His address is 2525 Willakezie Road , Apt One , Eugene Oregon 97401 .His phone number is : 541-915-9210.He lives alone and has no family except a very ill Mother living in Las Vegas . He is mobile and can get around .He has a slight speech impediment from the surgery .He also has a hearing problem so an initial phone call might not be effective. It might be better to simply drop by or write a short note and then drop by . He is very lonely and can use all the morale support he can get .He also has a very difficult time asking for help not unlike a lot of us . All the help he can get would be greatly appreciated .
Your Brother in VSPA ,
John Paul Coakley ,LM396, Bien Hoa-Pleiku 65'-66'
