Been there and many others, no one seems to know his story. Figured posting here I might uncover some information. Did anyone serve with him at Bien Hoa? Go through AZR, Tech School, how about a stars and stripes article about the awards ceremony. if he served with us in the VSPA seem that someone knows him. Was he a member of another branch of service, an augment, a foreign service member, heck even a spook from one of those 3 letter agencies.
