Subject: A brother is lost.

Moments ago I received a call from Bonnie, wife of Denis "Den" Cook that he had died. Den had complications from kidney failure for some time and was on the verge of needing dialysis when another issue came up. He received the first dialysis in prep for another surgery, but passed the next day.

Den served with the 377th SPS at Tan Son Nhut from Dec. 67-68. He was a founding member of VSPA and served as Treasurer for a long time. He was a great friend and brother to me and many others.

Bonnie said his body was donated and will be cremated with a Memorial will come at a later date for friends and family.
