Subject: Den Cook - missed already

It is so sad to know that Den Cook has passed away. His contagious cheshire cat grin, bear hug, and many, many stories posted at VSPA.com readily showed his open heart and love for fellow veterans. Den is one of the heroes and patriots Jackie Kays enshrines in his personal motto, and in words truly from the heart:

“I am forever honored, for I have marched with heroes!â€

Den is missed with a sadness filled with fond memories and friendship, for we are all better off having known and marched with him....
