Hello, Roger.

I asked our VSPA Historian to look through the materials we have on file within our archives for any possibility that you were listed on a duty roster. I am sorry to say that the results were negative.

The best source may be a request through NARA for your entire records file. Somewhere in there you may find a training certificate, a letter, a reference within an evaluation, or award citation that mentions your service as an augmentee. Don't give up and don't count on the VA to find the paperwork for you. You need to go direct to NARA to make the request.
