Leadership and management experience and history writ large. Understanding that we are not or were not all career oriented. Without an agenda, but ready to change org for more age appropriate activities and events.
We are a terminal org. and accept that without trying to make it anything else to suit family or spousal wants.
Someone able to remain and remind all of the apolitical requirements of our status as a national nonprofit veterans organization. Dedicated to the legacy of who we are and why our founders needed and created a
brotherhood for us all.
Tough gig for a few good men.
