Subject: URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING HOTEL ROOMS FOR THE REUNION

HELLO TO ALL. THIS IS AN URGENT MESSAGE BEING SENT AT THE REQUEST OF THE REUNION BRAT

If you are planning to go to the 2018 reunion in Tucson, please make your hotel reservations now. There are rooms available but they are going very very fast.

If you are going to cancel your hotel reservation, WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please don’t cancel by calling the hotel. Notify the Reunion BRAT at 1-360-663-2521 so that she can return the room to our block of rooms. By notifying the Reunion BRAT, she will make sure that a brother or sister VSPA member can have the room. The Reunion BRAT will then notify the hotel of the reservation change. If you cancel directly with the hotel, they will return it to the general inventory for release to the public, leaving our brothers and sisters without the chance to get that room. If you encounter any difficulty with your room reservations, please contact the Reunion BRAT.

As of this morning, we have 51 people with room reservations who have not sent their reunion registration to the Reunion BRAT. Please send your registrations in so that the Reunion BRAT can pay the advance funds that are required for our reunion. This is a requirement every year that she handles for us as our contracting agent. When you are late with your payment to the Reunion BRAT, she must pay ahead with her own funds so that the contract requirements are fulfilled.
