Subject: REHEARSAL/TEACHING SPACE FOR HIRE

Space is available for day use in an established Music School in Surry Hills.
Our curriculum only operates in the evenings and we are offering our space during Mon - Fri from 9.00am - 3.00pm to music/singing teachers.
Large Sunny Studio Room currently used for school concerts & choir lessons.
2 other Large Sound proof Studios also available if required.
Friendly, warm atmosphere....
Modern, Clean Building, toilets, kitchenette on same floor as space.
Storage available if necessary.
Well set up with waiting area, tea & coffee area etc.
Convenient Location, Close to Central Station.
Reasonable rates, can be negotiated and includes Receptionist.
