Easy

Fainted shells of solitude
Ease through the wishing well
Ease through yellow sour candy
Leaving hours of actions, muted
Tastes like summer was.

Her skin is cool, her hands
Ease through the air from mine
Leaving light, and weeping
Over the daily loss, costing
Values are made from mistakes.

Ease through my soul, oh reverie
Ease into something hollow
X the windy air with faith
Press against the inner kiss
Release nothing from nowhere.

Ease the easing, free anything
Say it's harder than we think
Say there's still a happy ending
Taking our fingers off
Having sight eliminated.

Ease the artist's brush
Paint an endless portrait
As wildmen age, then age again
In wrinkled letters
Not written to God.
