I'm not sure what help you need.
You can always start with some leotards from a dance or gymnastics store, get a friend to photograph you getting beaten up by, say, an invisible enemy, and then post the pictures to a yahoo group (even start one) or flickr, or youtube or whatever.
If you need help with the details or a story line or whatever, e-mail me at dixie_primate@yahoo.com. I might be able to squeeze in some light photomanipulation if you're patient and it's not to complicated. (Like adding in a laser beam or something.)
I've got a lot less time online these days, so be patient please.
I suspect that once people know you're interested in being tied up, there will be lots of folks who will do it for you, but please be careful. (I really don't get so much into the ropes myself.)
