Hi Clare,
I live in Houston. A year or so ago I found out that Katherine Roet Swynford was my 18g grandmother (through Hugh). I bought the paperback book and actually bid and bought an original edition book on Ebay as a keepsake.
I haven't finished the book yet (not much of a novel reader I guess) but it's fascinating anyway.
Did you ever visit Lincoln Cathedral where she is buried? If so, can you actually see her tomb? I'd like to visit there someday.
Thanks,
Gary
