Even if Hitler was not a racist and anti-semitic he would still have been a brutal dictator and not any better than Stalin, and I dont think you would see the US and UK ally with Germany, unless the Soviets did something stupid like invade Central Europe. If for some weird unbelievable reason it happened, the Soviet Union is going to lose. You are talking about it having fight at the same time, the three largest economics in the world. It would have to face ever thing it did historically plus the add weight of the UK and the USA with out any lend-lease aid or any other aid, they can try and make a bloody long fight out of it but they cant win.
In the aftermath you would probably had a cold war between the Germans and the UK/USA.
