You hit on one of Germans greatest weaknesses during both World Wars, they had horrible supply lines. Unlike the US, UK and USSR almost none of there equipment used common components so they had to have massive and inpratical supply lines that in some cases had thousands of different parts.
Along with that the Nazi economy was overly bureaucratic and centralized and could never hope to compete with the Western economies in the long run, particularly the United States.
I doubt the ability of Nazi Germany to invade the UK, conquer and hold it, look at how hard the invasion of Normandy was for the US and the UK, both of which had far better capacity for operation of that sort than Nazi Germany did. That being said, I dont think that the UK had the ability to invade and liberate Europe from the Nazis either, so I think it would of ended in some kind of negotiated peace. Baring another war with the USSR or the UK and the USA, the Nazi empire would of in the long run either collapsed after Hitler's death or it would of collapsed from the cost of occupying Europe and there inherently flawed economy system, which in some ways was even worse than the Soviet model.
