In my opinion If Germany knew that the UK wpuld 100% be standing alone, they would have consoled the Japanese in an invasion of the USSR from 2 sides. The Japanese would not need to worry about waging a war with the USA because it was the Japanese attack on pearl harbour that brought the US into the war. So theoretically asking your question would mean that the Japanese did not attack Hawaii? Would the USSR have fallen? It may have, but thats highly speculative depends if the Germans had chosen different tactics. If the USSR had fallen the UK would had to of formed a truce as she would have lost her control in the Pacific to the Japanese, then again would the Australians have held the Japanese back? They had a plan to sacrifice half of Austrialia in the event of a Japanese invasion. The British Empire would have lost its power as it did anyway, and if Germany wanted to could have invaded if there had been much point, so properly would have ended in a Truce.
