Indeed the GDP / capita of this small city came just before the USA (the 10th wealthiest country) in 2008. But I have excluded it from the list since I don't really think it is completely Chinese (in much the same way that I don't think the USA is completely white/European/British). The Indians and Malaysians there are just important! : )
