Get over yourself and your sweeping generalisations. This anti racism anti sexism anti everythingism has gone full circle now, in which positive discrimination has become legal and encouraged. Now it would seem that White Males are not favored when seeking employment. So stop ranting everyone does get their fair choice we cant stop isolated cases but we can when they are identified which they are. Also racism is rife in all cultures don't go saying that in Africa this and that happens. How many white people have hear the words "That white guy" or "Gaikokujin wa baka desu!" (outsiders are so stupid) It happens!!! the whole white white community isnt victimising you so stop blaming the whole white community and blame the individuals that have caused u grieve in the past, your generalisations can be percieved as stereotyping, and discrimination too so hush..
