Would like to obtain my medical records from World War two. My serial number was 39479875, I took basic training in Camp Roberts, California starting in August of 1944, obtained shots in Fort Ord Ca. shipped out from Ft. Lawton Washington on 9 Feb. 1945 to Hawaii, Jungle training, then to Saipan, and to Okinawa landing on 26 April, 1945 and discharged from Ft.
