Subject: John/Lafayette Baker Custer Co. Oklahoma

Searching for a John J Baker born in Minnesota abt 1877-(father Lafayette M Baker)-Married 1st wife Carrie abt 1897-two sons Alfred and Jessie-Remarried between 1900 & 1910 but don't have 2nd wife's name. This was my grandfather's mother. He was adopted when he was a small child and I had enough information to find John but haven't been able to get anywhere to check divorce/marriage records for that decade. At the time, they lived in Thomas, OK area. Any information would be wonderful. Thanks!
