Subject: Bullock

My poor grandmother is lost in a brick wall. I have her death certificate, it says that she was born Venna Bullock-April 24, 1896, Dunkirk, Indiana. Her parents are listed as Elmer E Bullock and Laura Baker. She died in The Dalles Oregon March, 1920 Married name Richards.

Things I know from my mother--Husband Charles Owen Richards. They had three children, two sons-Elmer and Robert-and one daughter-Juanita-(My Mother). Venna also had one sister that I know of, Freda Bullock--Mrs Guy Smith. They lived in Clacamas County Oregon, not sure of the town. When I was a little girl I remember venna's mother-my mother's grandmother- visiting us and her name at that time was Leota Habert.

I can find lots of information about Charles but of Venna's family I can find nothing more and cannot conferm most of the information listed above. When Venna died the family was split up. We had very little contact with the family, that is why my information is so limited. My father's family is well documented as is my maternal grandfathers, I guess that is why it is so important to me to find my maternal grandmother's ancestry.

If any one has information about this branch of my family tree please feel free to contact me at the given email address. I will be most thankful.
