Gr.Grandmother Raney/Wilson

I need help. My gr-grandmother's name is Dollie M. Raney. Born March 1881. She married Marshal Wilson in Casey Co. ky.on Sept.12,1896. [He remarried around 1921 to a Bessie Gilpin]. I found a death record in Roots-web stating that Dollie Wilson died Feb. 20, 1920.My problem is I have been looking for her parents for 8 months now. The marriage ,census[1900 ,1910,1920], and death record is all I can find. In the 1910 census it states her name as Della.The Census states her parents are from Ky as well. If any one out there Knows anything about my Brick wall would you please contact me? Thank you
