I am going to give this year towards the athletic club...they should really advertise that better, it wasn't until recently I realized you could do that. Also, I have never seen mention of the Kennedy Club other than on this board. Do you know where you can find info regarding this club?

Also, Cindy I read your comments on NJ.com regarding your concern with all the scholly's in one year. I've thought of that myself. However, I think Dunne might be willing to go all out for the chance at a Maac title in two years and worry about rebuilding after the fact. Fine with me, wondering everybody else's thoughts.

The school really does a poor job in marketing the Don Kennedy Club which while still breathing, barely, has been in as state of suspended animation since its heyday in the 70s.
There has been discussion about a revival of post game receptions, suspended by the prior president. That would be a start.
A few seasons back the baseball team sent out requests for donations and I responded for two years. The last two years there haven't been any, and I haven't.Sometimes you just have to ask.

Re the overload in one class.I agree that in our position,Dunne must try to get the best player available when he can. This is similar to how an NFL team may try to draft the best athlete available rather than drafting a position.
Success in a year that yields 20 wins and post season play will help in recruiting for the future. But the down ,rebuilding seasons, are sure to bring out the negativists ,like some on this board, who for some perverse reason want to see Dunne fail.
The teams at the top lose little next season and I would hope that we can make a run at the 3-5 spots. The following season will be our best shot, with the usual top dogs getting a jump on the rebuilding process.
