its that kind of mindset that will hurt the team even more, the players will stop buying into the team needs and think more for themselves.

How is citing a player's good free throw shooting,or excellent assist to turnover ratio,which helps team play, bad for the team concept?
If all worked on making free throws and passing for assists we would be a better team.
