I'd like to see 20 loyal SPC fans give me one reason apiece why the fall of Peacock basketball -- and how we can improve the standards. I'm waiting -- and thanks:

Total lack of commitment by SPC administration since the day they fired Ted Fiore and signed Blind for 30,000 less than Fiore.. As I understand it that is still what they pay the head coach.Once you have so little commitment everything else starts to breakdown and you windup behind the 8 ball.

Loughrin despised the NCAA and wanted to diminish all NCAA athletics thinking it devalued a college. If you really wanted the job, you would know that you would have to overcome years of money being stolen from athletics to support his inept administration. Now few have any ideas of what the true mind is of the current President. He inherits a school with overall poor financial structure and will he fund money into an activity that is not educational in nature. I am sure cases can be made either way, and no one really knows which side of the fence EC will fall on.

To satisfy my cerebral buddy, much credit should also be given to the prior AD who did all in his power to not do anything and not make a wave.

To: Peacock,

Homework done. I know what the job entails. I'm ready for the challenge.I accept the challenge and want it -- and know people like you will support me and the program.

There's money on the streets of Jersey City -- corporate money to support the Peacocks and Peahens and I'll get it.
