The last time BU and SPC met, Rick Pitino was BU's coach and the game was plyed in front of a packed house at Yanitelli. SPC's Mark Murphy hit the game winner with a few seconds left to win it for the Peacocks. Hope that this year's game is just as exciting!

In Leckie's first year BU was the opening opponent and everyone was excited to see what Leckie would bring. I think they lost by ~10.

During Dukiet's heyday....SPC was one of the best defensive teams in the NCAA, BU one of the best offensive teams...classic game.

I hope I live to see some more like it.

Boston University (7-14, 4-5), lost to Manhattan 72-65 and UMBC 62-40, both at home. We just beat Manhattan at home and lost a close game to UMBC on the road. Based on performances against common opponents we look good in this match up.
Their top scores are 6'2" guard, Lowe, 18 Pts. and 6'3" guard, Strong, 11 Pts. I hope our smaller guards can handle them.
