I'm not asking for major minutes-perhaps 5-8 in some games ,none in others but I did see him shut down Jordan of Marist two years ago up there. He was very impressive and disruptive. As I said ,it's the coach's call to find his role.
I do agree that the young players must get the minutes,but how many site the importance of the young players learning"how to win"
Another intangible pointed out to me by a member of the staff is how it is a learning and development tool to give minutes to a player who works as hard as Tim in practice. If his efforts are not rewarded it could cause these younger players to dog it in practice which ultimately hurts their development.
