lousy personality for the players. He knew the game. Did not finish out his tenure at SPC with anything to crow about.

Lets not jump on Dunne as yet, but he certainly needs to reflect on the state of what he has done so far. It is a season and a half and he is a little a head of Leckie in the same time period, but you must remember that Leckie had no clue or experience in coaching D1 ball for his first couple years.

I disagree about Dukiet.I think after 7 yrs and 135 wins he did very well for SPC. He never had a losing year and his last 3 teams won 23,15 and 16 games.

He didn't want to be here. Interviewed all over the place. Was downgraded by Eastern Basketball after his high praise in his earlier years. Yes he was a good coach, but he didn't give SPC his best in his last couple years. And if you don't remember the Dana affair at BC, you didn't understand his devotion to SPC at the time.

I guess even at less than his best he was still very good.I was never an insider at SPC and all I remember is Dana's name. I guess you win again!!

If he had a better disposition he probably would have been gone from SPC earlier. Had a tremendous D2 career but also ran into personality problems at Gannon. Not a situation for winning, just discussing.
