I was watching the Siena/Niagara game and the announcers made a lot of references about the excellent, young players in the MAAC, but not one word about SPC.

Also, there was an SRO tonight at Niagara. I believe that the last SRO crowd at Yanitelli was back in Dukiet's era-20 years or more ago?

If this group of players "ever" reaches even .500, it won't be until their seniors (in the 2010-2011 season).

That's a long, long way to go.

What's wrong with that suggestion? You would compress all the fans which would give the impression of a larger crowd than there really is. Plus, you would save on utility costs: ie: lights and heat.

I bet that the SPC gym is the only D1 program that has only bleachers (bench-type seating) and no regular seats (except for some court-side folding chairs, which always are empty).

It wouldn't be a surprise if SPC went back to free admission to try to bolster attendance (by 5-10 people).
