There were points in All Things when the blonde woman was smiling at Scully almost flirtatiously. Put that together with Colleen and you have a question about Scully's sexual orientation... perhaps another way that she is repressing herself.

What does the fact that Scully followed Blondewoman say about Scully? That even when she doesn't have Mulder, she still needs someone to follow?

I'm not sure exactly what blondewoman represents, but I do agree that she was a guiding force for Scully in the episode, maybe representing what she could be and where she could go if she allowed herself.
