This episode was one of the scariest one for me too. Unlike the Tooms episodes which were just plain icky, Milagro seemed to be both scary and also more of a good Sci-Fi mystery. Reminded me of Alfred Hitchcock's movies and also the "Twilight Zone." The only thing in the show that bothered me was the tattoo thing. I don't care for needles though so that's probably why.

I wonder if Scully really admitted to herself that she loved Mulder?
