No, you can't get married any younger than 18 unless you have your parents permission. In most states, even *with* your parents permission, you have to be at least 16. I don't think 14-year-olds are allowed to get married anywhere in America.
You don't say how old the guy you're in love with is, but if he's 18 or older he could be arrested for sexual abuse of a minor if the two of you are having sexual relations (this doesn't just mean intercourse; even oral sex or genital touching can be considered sexual relations). *PLEASE* listen to your parents!! I'm sure they love you and want what's best for you. This doesn't necessarily mean this guy is bad news, but only have the kind of contact with him that they approve of: talking to him on the phone, having him over to the house when they are at home, etc.
If this guy really loves you, and the two of you are meant to be, he will be willing to wait until you're 18 and he will want to try to get to know your parents and at least try to persuade them to like him.
