Subject: Shared a room in Bad Blood--yes but

not the same bed! Scully was busy dumping body parts onto the scale to weigh them while Mulder threw quarters into the bed for a massage. While funny (IMHO), it also showed that even trained investigators do't always see details like one would expect. Witnesses to crimes don't always get the details straight either which may be the point of Bad Blood.

Kill Switch is interesting and the MSR debate will probably go on for etermity. I did get the feeling that Mulder and Scully left the place with a greater sense of appreciation for each other. After all, they witnessed a sci-fi version of Romeo and Juliet.
