and stands with the Shippervillians in the centre of the bar. All the patrons are staring wide eyes and their mouths are all open in awe. As the fireworks slow down the appreciative audience begins to applaude. Kande and KS jumping up and down with Bubba between them.
All except KM, who has pulled out her fine book and is busy tallying up the fines.....fireworks with out a permit, fireworks lit off inside, illigal building of bridges inside another building, thats a double fine as the bridge serves no purpose other than for letting off fireworks, sheesh she could have made it a shortcut to the little Mayors room. She signs the paper with florish and hands it to Stardoe.
"it was worth it Mayor, I had to do SOMETHING to get us on track here, we have five different stories going on this week alone!" Stardoe defends herself.
"but that us Stardoe, we have manhy different stories going on, but we all belong here is Shipperville!" KM hugs Stardoe, "we all belong right here together!"

"Does that mean the fines are forgiven?" Stardoe asks.
"Never" kenamom growls at SD, "I have already spent the cash on a new outfit - I plan on wearing it at the West Coast of Canada's turn at the New Years Party!"
"thats not all thats going to be going on at the west coast party....." KS whispers to herself never one to be outdone on a fireworks displays.
